I received my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University and have take some graduate classes in Adult Education. Advanced periodontal treatment and maintenance is my specialty. Nonetheless, I enjoy working with all my patients; young, old, or in-between. Having been with Dr. Johnson since 1990 gives me the opportunity to really know and appreciate our dental family. Thanks to Dr. Johnson, I have had extensive advanced continued training in periodontal disease and its treatment, cosmetic dentistry, communications, and general dentistry topics. Over the years, in addition to private practice, I have volunteered in community health classes, health fairs, and nursing homes.
Outside of work is my world of family. My husband and I have been blessed with fivce wonderful children and two grandchildren. There are also a menagerie of dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, and poultry. We have been and continue to be involved in the education of each one of them as well as the various sports they play and their Boy Scouting activities. As a family, we enjoy fishing on the rivers and seas of Alaska in the summer, plus camping and hiking; and skiing is a favorite in the winter. I also involve myself with the local Community Council and our church board and mission
